Our Mission
We exist to keep world changers in the game. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to leave connected, rested, and invested.
We offer renewal, revitalization and recalibration for leaders of churches and non-profit organizations. Through educational awareness, relationship building, and outdoor experiences.
Because of you, we can prevent leadership burnout for leaders of churches, missions’ organizations, and others. We firmly believe investing in healthy leaders to lead healthy organizations will have a significant and lasting impact on our world and the Kingdom of God.

For the benefit of leaders, Refuge offers unique outdoor Montana & Wyoming experiences that serve as a launching point for healing. The atmosphere of an outdoor experience creates a venue for meaningful and accountable relationships that help leaders avoid isolation and build camaraderie.

We serve leaders of churches and other non-profits who face the realities and rigors of leading in this often under-appreciated sector. Kingdom leaders are often discouraged, isolated, overwhelmed and under-resourced and in need of someone to walk alongside them through the challenges they face. According to data collection in 2022, 1 out of every 5 pastors who visited Refuge would have quit ministry if not for Refuge.
